In an effort to encourage good dental health and to alleviate rising dental costs, we have developed a VIP Smile Savings Plan for our patients without dental insurance coverage. Enrolling gives you the opportunity to obtain a wide range of necessary treatments at a reduced rate. This is NOT dental insurance and cannot be combined with dental insurance or other reduced-fee dental plans.

Benefits and Provisions
- NO annual deductible.
- NO annual maximums.
- NO waiting period or eligibility periods.
- NO Missing Tooth Clause.
- Annual Enrollment Fees are non-refundable.
- Annual Enrollment Fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. No exceptions.
- Enrollment Date begins when fee is paid.
- Plan expires 1 year from enrollment date.
- All treatments must be PAID IN FULL at each visit.
- It is the patient’s/parent’s responsibility to make and keep appointments for his/her family members.
- A fee may be applied for each broken appointment without 2 business days’ notice.
- Our program is non-transferable to another party or family member.
- Participation cannot be combined with any other offer, dental plan or dental insurance plan.
- Annual Enrollment Fees and Procedures are subject to change annually.
