Dr. Bhatt says she loves how general dentistry allows her to provide her patients in Cambridge with a variety of procedures, letting her be creative, continuously learn, and personalize her approach to suit each unique person. Nothing makes her happier than meeting new patients, building relationships, and seeing them become more confident thanks to their healthy, beautiful smiles.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Bhatt’s father is a general dentist in California who has been practicing for almost 40 years. She grew up watching him and eventually worked for him. After shadowing other dental specialists over the years, it was clear she wanted to follow in his footsteps, so she applied to dental school.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Bhatt began her college career by earning her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at California State University, Fullerton. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Biomedical Science and completed dental school at Midwestern University Arizona.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Bhatt met her husband while in dental school—he’s also a practicing general dentist! They are avid travelers, whether it's near or far, and they are always planning their next trip. Her goal is to visit as many different countries as possible! On top of painting in her free time, she enjoys being by the water, so you’ll frequently find her swimming or relaxing at the beach.
