Megan has been our dental office manager at Harbor Dental Center since 2019. She has a strong interest in business and finance and will soon graduate with a business degree. Megan specializes in helping patients understand their insurance benefits and make their dream smile financially attainable. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, spending time with her dogs and cat, paddleboarding, playing on different pool leagues and trying new cuisine.

Paige joined our team in 2018 as an expanded function dental assistant and has been an assistant for 8 years. Her priority is making sure patients are at ease, building confidence, trust, and long-term relationships. Her favorite part of her job is providing patients with a great dental experience, devoted to educating patients on their individual needs. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to the beach, camping, fishing, her cats, and spending time with her son Waylon.

Jackie is an Eastern Shore native who graduated from University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2013 with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene. She has worked at Harbor Dental Center since 2015. Jackie loves patient care and is always excited about advancements in the medical/dental field. She focuses on overall health and promotes physical and mental wellness as it relates to oral health. Jackie enjoys spending time on the water in the summer. She is an active skier, wake surfer and likes to fish. Her family is growing, as she is expecting her second child in June. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors.

Lilia Dail, RDH, grew up in the Midwest in central Illinois. She went to school in Savannah, GA. and graduated from Savannah Technical College in 2020. She now lives in Cambridge with her husband & children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, foraging, and trying new food. Lilia's passion for dentistry came from growing up in a Spanish speaking household. Finding providers who spoke Spanish was often difficult for her family. Lilia has fully embraced this and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She loves having the ability to communicate and provide for the Latino community.

Lorraine Pfaff, RDH has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years. Lorraine lives with her husband, Craig, in Centreville and together they have 4 daughters: Lauren, Carly, Charli and Calli. In her spare time Lorraine enjoys boating, gardening, and decorating.

Danielle has been a dental assistant with Harbor Dental Center since 2019. She completed the dental assisting program at Chesapeake College in 2018. She values patient care and strives to treat patients with respect and compassion. Danielle is a Dorchester county native and resides in Cambridge. When she is not in the office, she enjoys being outside, picking wild asparagus in the spring, boating, and spending time with her niece and nephew, Wesley and Hallie.

Jennifer Mowbray, RDH is an Eastern Shore native, born and raised in Cambridge. She has been in the dental field for 16 years starting as an assistant and then becoming a hygienist after graduating in 2013 from The University of Maryland School of Dentistry with a Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. She lives in Cambridge with her husband Bernie, and two dogs Bailey and Oliver. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her two nieces.

Kendra was raised on Kent Island, and has lived in Ridgely for 33 years. Before Harbor Dental Center, she spent 4 years as a patient representative for a medical clinic. Patient care and customer service are her top priorities. Her hobbies are crabbing with my husband in the summer, gardening, and visiting family in the Outer Banks, NC.

Mackenzie grew up in St. Michaels and now resides in Dorchester County. She loves the beach and spending time with her family. Mackenzie started working in the dental field in 2015 as a dental assistant before graduating from dental hygiene school in 2019. She believes compassion and empathy are a must when working in the dental field. Her favorite quote and words she lives by is "What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity."


Rachel has worked as an oral and maxillofacial surgical assistant for the past 11 years. Her favorite part about working in the dental field is talking to each and every patient. She loves to ask everyone what they do or did for a living. Everyone has a story and she finds it fascinating to learn about everyone's unique history. Rachel is married with a 3 year old daughter named Finnley. For fun she likes to go fishing and lay out anywhere the sun is shining. She absolutely loves to remodel and decorate rooms. She enjoys laughing and making others smile.
